We’re firm believers that seafood tastes delicious no matter the species or preparation, but fresh ingredients just give this dish a pop! In this Honey Cilantro Baked Salmon, the tart limes and cilantro perfectly complement the salmon fillet, while honey and garlic bring in a dash of sweet and spicy. The dish may even inspire the pickiest eater to pick up their fork so many times, there won't be any leftovers for his lunch the next day.

- 1 large salmon fillet

- 14 cup butter, melted
- juice of 2 limes, plus one lime, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic

- Bake for approximately 15 minutes. Switch oven to broil and cook for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the top and serve.
